Pave your way to manifestation using the power of journaling
We grow up in chasing mode. As children, we chase good grades. Then it’s getting into top colleges, landing the best job, finding the right partner, climbing the career ladder, and so on.It’s like there’s always something missing, always something next on the list. There’s always the next milestone, the next target, the next “what’s next.” And while this drive can push us forward, it also leaves us feeling exhausted, drained, and strangely unfulfilled. But this wasn’t supposed to be the end result.
We keep asking ourselves, why am I feeling this way after achieving all the goals?
And the answer to this is simple—we stopped living in the act of chasing.
And then comes the next big question—if I don’t chase, how will things come to me? The answer again is simple: Attract.
We stopped living in the act of chasing.
What Holds Us Back from Attracting?
There are a few things that keep us stuck in chasing mode:
Our mindset
Our self-image
Our ego
Our attachment to the outcome

If we truly want to shift our lives, we have to start by letting go and making space. Think of it like a wardrobe makeover—we can’t bring in fresh styles if we’re still holding on to the old ones. The same is true for our minds. We need to clear out the old thoughts, patterns, and reactions—the mindset that belongs to our old self.
We also have to rewrite our life story. The way we define ourselves today is shaping the life we’re going to live tomorrow. If our self-image is tied to old limitations, it will keep us there.
And then, there’s ego. In the world of energy, ego acts like resistance—it stops us from reaching our highest potential. Our current ego is built on our current mindset and self-image. If we want to rise above our present circumstances, we have to loosen its grip.
In the world of energy, ego acts like resistance
The last—and often hardest—step is letting go of our attachment to outcomes. When we surrender to the universe, we hand over control, knowing we’re being guided. In the world of energy, this release removes the resistance blocking our desires. As we surrender, we start trusting ourselves and our decisions more—no matter how big the goal is. And in that space of trust, the universe can finally meet us halfway, bringing our dreams closer than ever before.
There are many techniques we can use to shift our mindset—from guided meditation to visualization to creating a “life movie.” But my personal favourite is journaling. It gives me the space to pour my thoughts onto paper, to untangle the noise in my mind, and to see things clearly enough to rewrite them consciously. For me, journaling isn’t just about writing—it’s about creating a private space where I can be completely honest with myself and let my energy flow without resistance.
And it’s not just intuition—science backs it up. Studies show that journaling can:
Reduce stress by helping us process emotions
Improve mood and mental clarity
Boost creativity and problem-solving
Strengthen memory and focus
Even improve sleep quality
