At Moon's Tribe, we’re committed to delivering your orders safely and promptly across India. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Partners

We currently ship all orders via our trusted delivery partners Delhivery and Shipway, ensuring timely and secure deliveries.

2. Shipping Charges

• ₹50 flat shipping fee on all orders below ₹790.

• Free shipping on orders ₹790 and above (automatically applied at checkout).

3. Service Areas

We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

4. Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

• Jewellery and crystal products are made to order and kept for overnight energy charging before dispatch. These are shipped within 1-2 business days.

• Stationery products (journals, decks, etc.) are processed and dispatched within 1 business day.

Estimated delivery time:

• 4-6 working days from dispatch, depending on your location.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp through Shipway/Delhivery. You can track your parcel anytime using the provided tracking link.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid using our secure online payment options.

7. Return Shipping (for Damaged Products)

In the unlikely event of receiving a broken or damaged gemstone product, Moon Tribe will cover the return shipping cost. You must report the issue within 7 days of receiving your parcel with clear product images.

8. Undelivered Orders & Address Issues

If a parcel is undelivered due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, it will be returned to Moon Tribe.
In such cases:

• The order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued, excluding the shipping charge.

• Address changes cannot be made once an order is placed.
