Cleansing and Charging
Your jewelry arrives pre-cleansed and charged. After receiving it, we advise you to cleanse it with an incense stick or place it under the full moon overnight. Sun-charging and water-cleansing are not recommended for all gemstones, so use them only if the stone allows. Set your intention, meditate briefly with the piece, and wear it with purpose. Recharge it at least once a month.
Each jewelry comes with a cleansing and charging instruction card.

Return & Exchange
Since every piece is handmade, we do not return or exchange orders. Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or if an incorrect item is shipped. You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery for the return to be processed.

Yes. All crystals used in Moon’s Tribe jewelry are 100% natural and ethically sourced. Each piece is carefully selected, cleansed, and charged before being crafted into jewelry.
Once your order is placed, it takes one day to make the jewelry and one day to charge it with energy. Orders are shipped within two days and usually reach you within three to five working days (of shipping), depending on your location.
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders can be placed using secure online payment options available at checkout. However, we are working to introduce COD soon, and it will be available as soon as possible.
Since each piece is handmade and energy-charged, we accept returns or exchanges only in case of damaged or incorrect items. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll assist you right away.
