1. Payment Methods

We accept secure online payments through:

  • Razorpay

  • UPI

  • Credit Cards

  • Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

All transactions are processed in INR (Indian Rupees).

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Jewellery and crystal products are handcrafted once your order is placed and kept for overnight energy charging before dispatch. These orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

  • Stationery products (journals, message decks, etc.) are processed and dispatched within 1 business day.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery within 4-6 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Currently, we offer shipping within India only.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • We do not offer exchanges on any products.

  • Returns are accepted only in case of broken/damaged gemstones and must be reported within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

  • To request a return, email us at itsmoonstribe@gmail.com with your order number and clear product photos.

Approved returns will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within the same day of placing the order.

  • To cancel, email us at itsmoonstribe@gmail.com.

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Out of Stock Situations

In rare cases, if a product goes out of stock after your order is confirmed, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

8. Limitation of Liability
